Modern Shoe Trees is a company that offers a classic necessity in an eco-conscious alternative. The Modern Shoe Tree replaces the standard wooden shoe tree with a smaller and lightweight plastic shoe tree. Offering consumers a more efficient experience while maintaining the natural look of their shoes. I was contracted to design the logo, and packaging design, as well as site assets like photos, icons and verbiage.
The logo needed to be simple, legible with the elements to reflect the color and hierarchy of a tree. The base of the logo "shoe trees' is in brown and represents a thick trunk or foundation for the tree. The product is important and is what the company is built around. The word modern is in green representing the leaves of the tree. Modern shoe trees represent growth in an industry that has been around for over 100 years.

Client requested icons mainly for the box and website to help illustrate the key points of the product. Each icon represents an attribute related to performance, durability, ease of travel and economic benefits.
The package is meant to be elegant and modern. The challenge was to convey all of the information the client wanted on the packaging without making the design look cluttered and retain legibility. The back design is meant to show an illustration of how the product will work as well as highlighting its ease of use with basic instructions included.
